✅ The request is submitted within the specified timeframe.
❌ Final sale items (e.g., clearance products) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Return the item to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the RA number.

Include the RA number on the package.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability). To request an exchange:

Follow the refund steps above and specify your preferred replacement.

If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

Exchanges may take 7-14 business days to ship after approval.
Note: Exchanges are only available for items in stock. If your desired replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
